Shipping Policy
All Forever Glance products are fulfilled by US-based suppliers and ship from within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are processed before they ship. Please allow time for processing; we do not ship on Sundays or US holidays. Once your order ships, we will send your tracking number by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders shipping within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $8.00. Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
- Free Standard Shipping: available on all US orders of $70.00 or more.
- Express Shipping: $15.00. Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates above are based on our current shipping settings and begin once your order ships. Estimated delivery times exclude the processing period.
Shopify Collective Items
Some products on our store are supplied through Shopify Collective. For these items, shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout and will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email your tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's progress with the carrier.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for several business days, or your package appears to be lost, please contact us at support@foreverglance.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and make sure you receive your order.
